These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Shree Digital Printing Solutions website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

Shree Digital Printing Solutions provides digital printing services including but not limited to:

• Visiting cards and business cards
• Brochures and magazines
• Custom t-shirt printing
• Corporate gifting solutions
• Flex printing and banners
• PVC cards and ID cards
• Product labels and stickers
• Signage and displays

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Placement

Orders can be placed through our website, phone, email, or WhatsApp. All orders are subject to acceptance by Shree Digital Printing Solutions.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order acceptance.

3.3 Payment Terms

• New customers: 50% advance payment required
• Regular customers: Flexible payment terms based on order history
• Payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards
• Full payment required before delivery for orders below ₹10,000

4. File Requirements and Specifications

4.1 File Formats

We accept the following file formats: PDF, AI, PSD, CDR, JPG, PNG. For best results, provide high-resolution files (300 DPI) in CMYK color mode.

4.2 File Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready files. We are not liable for any errors in the final product that result from incorrect or low-quality files provided by the customer.

4.3 Proofing

Digital proofs will be provided for approval before printing. Any changes requested after proof approval may incur additional charges.

5. Production and Delivery

5.1 Turnaround Times

• Standard orders: 3-5 business days
• Urgent orders: 1-2 days (additional charges apply)
• Bulk orders: 1-2 weeks depending on quantity

5.2 Delivery

We provide delivery services within Gurgaon and NCR. Delivery charges apply based on location and order value. Free delivery for orders above ₹5,000.

5.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address.

6. Quality and Returns

6.1 Quality Assurance

We maintain high-quality standards for all our products. If you're not satisfied with the print quality due to our error, we will reprint your order at no additional cost.

6.2 Returns and Refunds

• Returns accepted only for printing errors on our part
• Custom printed items cannot be returned unless defective
• Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Customer Content

Customers retain ownership of their designs and content. By submitting files for printing, you grant us a license to reproduce your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

7.2 Copyright Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to reproduce any copyrighted material. We reserve the right to refuse orders that may infringe on intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shree Digital Printing Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other similar causes beyond our reasonable control.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
